Item Availability & Pricing

All of the pieces I offer for sale on this site are one-of-a-kind. I will usually be very quick to update when items are sold. If, however, I'm not fast enough, and the piece you've ordered is unavailable, I will email you to let you know (your credit card will not be charged). It may be possible for me to make another in the same style and with the same or similar gemstones, colors, etc. I will let you know this also in my email and you can decide.  Prices are subject to change based on the current market price of sterling silver, gemstone beads, findings and other supplies.

Forms of Payment

For U.S. customers:

• Online Ordering:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or PayPal, a secure online ordering service. (When ordering online please be sure the billing address you've entered is the same as your credit card billing address. Orders cannot be processed if these do not match).
• Phone Ordering:  Between the hours of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. East Coast time, call (904) 276-0993.

• International customers: 3b Creations accepts payment with multiple currencies through PayPal Only!  These currencies are:  Euro Dollar, Yen, Canadian Dollar, and Pounds Sterling.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 7% is applied only to orders shipped in Florida.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. All packages are automatically insured and require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Your order is estimated to arrive within 2-4 business days.  If signature required is not convenient in your case, please note that in the comments when ordering.  You may choose to upgrade to Express Mail or UPS; please email me, if you would like to arrange this form of shipment.  Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 pm will be shipped Monday morning.  For international shipping, see instructions below.

International Shipping

I ship all international packages USPS Global Priority (please be aware that there is no insurance available and I cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages.) Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be levied by the receiving country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information on your country's customs policies you may contact your local customs office. Please note that the Postal Service does not deliver to all countries. If you wish to have your package insured, I can ship either Global Express (3 -5 days delivery time) or Global Airmail Parcel Post (4 -10 days delivery time). Please email me and I will send you the shipping cost for your approval before I process your order.

Return Policy:

A satisfied customer is my highest priority. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, and wish to return my jewelry, you may do so within ten (10) days. Please email me prior to return shipment for return authorization and return the jewelry in its original condition for a full refund (less shipping costs).

Accidents do happen sometimes; so if you should receive damaged goods, please contact me by email prior to sending the product back to me, as I do not accept unauthorized packages of unknown origin. You are responsible for returning the item(s) back to me in an "as received by you" condition.
